Consultation & Assessment
Before starting your online sessions, you may want to have a consultation about what has brought you to therapy or you may have concerns and questions you would like to ask. This is also a great opportunity to understand if I am the right therapist for you. If you wish to move forward with the work, you will be asked to fill out an assessment document to give me some initial information (this will be explained within the telephone consultation).

What type of therapy would suit you?
Individual Ongoing Therapy
Individual online counselling is tailored to the specific needs of you. Your current needs will dictate the flow of the sessions, though this could change over the course of therapy. Whether you're coping with grief or psychological trauma, handling depression or career dissatisfaction, or simply seeking to improve your general outlook on life, individual counselling can provide some form of healing.
Individual online therapy is different from talking with a friend or family member. While loved ones can offer great advice, they're rarely objective and aren't trained to evaluate various elements of trauma and pain. In addition, unlike friends and family, a therapist is bound by a confidentiality agreement. This helps you feel safe, so we can build a trusting relationship while you figure out who you are and what you want in your life. This is where real change happens.
Price per session - £60
Duration per session - 50 minutes
Individual Short Term Therapy
Short term online therapy consists of 12 sessions and tends to have a tighter focus than long-term therapies. For example, a brief therapy might only look at your negative thinking, difficult patterns or relationships. Long-term therapies can be a process of seeing what comes up in each session, or might even be client-led, where you decide what you want to look at each session. Brief therapies tend to have more of a structure, not just within each session but also with an agenda for the overall progress of your sessions.

Corporate Therapy
Couple & Relationship Therapy
Providing online therapy for stressed employees can have many beneficial effects. Counselling in the workplace can help reduce symptoms of anxiety and depression, improve mental health, lower levels of sickness and increase job satisfaction and commitment. It provides an effective method of understanding the pressure caused by occupational stress and offers a supportive remedy according to numerous studies
Whilst the provision of counselling services is not widely available through employee schemes and programmes, a counselling referral can be obtained through a GP. With many workers now choosing to work part-time or reduced hours and short-term contracts, employers may become less sympathetic towards stress-related illness and may not be as understanding when burn-out affects an employee. if you would like to discuss me working within your company or with your team for a fixed amount of time please do get in touch. Pricing will be discussed depending on what your needs are.
Relationships can become difficult throughout your life; at times it may feel that you need help communicating honestly to your partner. I will sit with you and your partner to help you to address areas of conflict or unhappiness in your relationship. It can be of help to couples who are deciding to separate, couples who are separated and concerned about their children, and those who are committed to staying together.
